look at what
you’ve been through.
painful but temporary. yes,
more hard will come but look
at all of the miracles of today.
a safe and stable home
a sweet and loving family
a strong and capable body
and so much more. it is all so
beautiful. and just like the hard,
more beautiful days will come, too.
let’s remember
that without the
hard days, we would
not feel and appreciate
the beautiful days so intensely.
